This Privacy Policy explains how Alexandra (the “Site”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Site.

Information Processed When You Visit the Site
When you access the Site, our hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may automatically process technical information ordinarily transmitted with a web request, including:
- your Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- the date and time of the request;
- the requested page or resource;
- the referring page, if supplied by your browser; and
- browser, operating-system, device, and language information.
This information may be used to deliver the Site, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic. Retention of provider logs is governed by the applicable provider settings and policies.
Google Analytics 4
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to measure traffic and understand how the Site is used. Depending on the visitor’s browser and Google settings, GA4 may process information such as page views, interactions, approximate geographic information, browser and device characteristics, referral information, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
An IP address is necessarily processed while analytics data is transmitted. According to Google, GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google may use an IP address during processing to derive approximate location information and to provide and secure its services. We use analytics reports to operate and improve the Site and do not intentionally combine them with information that directly identifies an individual.
Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy documentation. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, the Google Privacy Policy, and Google Analytics privacy controls.
Browser Storage
The Site uses browser local storage and session storage, rather than only cookies, to provide the following functions:
- remembering theme preferences;
- temporarily caching navigation state during a browser session; and
- remembering the dismissal of a notice when that notice is configured to persist.
This information is stored in your browser. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls. Removing or blocking browser storage may reset preferences.
Information You Provide
The Site does not currently operate an active contact form. If this function is enabled in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when it becomes available.
If you voluntarily contact the Site operator through a contact method published on the Site, the information you provide may be used to respond to your communication, maintain necessary records, protect the Site, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send bank-account details, payment-card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
External Links and Sharing
The Site includes share buttons for X, Facebook, and Threads, and may contain links to other external websites. Information is sent to those services only when you choose to follow a link or use a sharing function. Their processing of information is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and Your Choices
GA4, Google reCAPTCHA and other linked third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can restrict or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking JavaScript, cookies, or browser storage may affect certain Site functions.
Retention
We retain information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following qualifications:
- browser storage remains on your device until it expires, is replaced, or is removed through your browser, as applicable;
- GA4 retention is determined by the Site’s Analytics settings and Google’s applicable terms; and
- hosting and security logs are retained according to provider settings and policies.
Information may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the rights and security of the Site and its users.
Disclosure and International Processing
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, and analytics. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, or a security incident.
These providers may process information in countries or regions other than the one in which you reside. Their processing is governed by their respective contractual, technical, and legal safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Site. Please note that electronic communication, particularly email, is not necessarily secure against interception. No Internet transmission, browser storage, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site, its service providers, or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes may also be announced on the Site when appropriate.
Contact
Questions concerning this Privacy Policy may be submitted through any other contact method published on the Site.
