In the winter of 2024, we embarked on our baby daughter’s very first flight. The weather that day was beautiful, with clear skies as if the world itself was blessing her little adventure.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything went smoothly. The spacious terminal, filled with modern architecture and natural elements, gave us a sense of calm and comfort. Dressed warmly in her cozy outfit, she lay quietly in her car seat—occasionally curious, but mostly sleeping peacefully. A few frowns here and there, but no crying—much to our relief.

Once on board our long-haul international flight, we settled into the cabin. The generous space made it easy to care for her. To our delight, she slept through nearly the entire flight, as if she knew how meaningful this journey was to us. With the plane gliding steadily above the clouds and the soft ambient lighting in the cabin, she remained fast asleep in our arms.

The in-flight meal was surprisingly delicious. Though our baby could only have milk for now, we hope that one day she’ll get to savor such meals herself and perhaps even remember this first flight.

This journey wasn’t just her first time on a plane—it was the beginning of our family’s adventures together. As we looked down at her sleeping face, we felt overwhelming gratitude and joy, and so much hope for the travels ahead.
